Bought thins after being in hospital and having a near death infection. My partner needed an easy way to keep an eye on me and ease his worries. It was super easy to set up, appreciated batteries being included. Just press once to turn on, take off the magnetic tip. Shove in your ear and press again. When it beeps you’re done. It seems to be very accurate and it’s incredibly quick to take a reading. Thankfully I’ve come down to a normal range now but it’s also helpful that the readings are colour coded. Green you’re good, orange - iffy, red - get to hospital! Super simple! Comes in a lovely carry bag and has been a great addition to our medicine cabinet.
