i have the world's worst oven and hob - this thermometer is helping me to know when oil or food is at the right temperature, so that i am getting consistently good results. recently started using a wok, and as they heat up very quickly, it really helps to get an idea of temp. also it has confirmed that my oven temp is consistently lower than the dial. also showed me that my fridge was slightly too warm. very easy to use, came quickly, very pleased with my purchase.

Ich messe mit dem Laser-Thermometer die Wärme meines Waxes beim Kerzengießen. Mittlerweile bereue ich es, es nicht sofort gekauft zu haben und mich die ganze Zeit mit meinem einfachen Stab-Thermometer rumgeschlagen zu haben. Kein Warten auf die endgültige Temperatur mehr, wie beim Stab-Thermometer und zeigt Grad Celsius wie auch Fahrenheit an. Das Licht des kleinen Bildschirms ist an, - und ausschaltbar per Tastendruck. Ein wenig irritiert war ich, wie das Thermometer auszuschalten ist, denn es hat keinen Knopf. Braucht es auch nicht, denn es geht von allein aus, nach etwa 10 Sekunden ohne Benutzung. Spart die Batterien. Reagiert sofort auf den Druck des 'Trigger' und misst zuverlässig. Perfekt. Würde es sofort nochmals kaufen.
